At fromentinejuice, we take pride in the freshness, quality, and care we put into our products. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we have a strict but fair refund policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product safety and business integrity.

🥤 1. Perishable Items (Food & Drinks)

We do not offer refunds on perishable products (such as juices, snacks, or ready-to-eat meals) once they have been delivered or picked up, unless:

  • The item was damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • A clear photo of the product

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

📦 2. Non-Perishable Items (if applicable)

For sealed, non-perishable items (e.g., packaged snacks or accessories), you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the item is

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • Not damaged or used

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If your order was:

  • Never delivered

  • Delivered to the wrong address (due to our error)

  • Orders not collected or accepted after delivery
